Required for Certain U.S. Exports file through AES
before the shipment departs the United States.
ENZO’S International LLC provides reliable, accurate, and efficient Electronic Export Information (EEI) and Automated Export System (AES) filing services. We help exporters prepare and review required export information, submit filings through AES, and obtain the Internal Transaction Number (ITN) for eligible shipments—helping ensure your export documentation is properly prepared and your shipment is ready to move.
EEI, SLI, AES Information
Electronic Export Information (EEI) is generally required for exports from the United States when the value of a Schedule B classification exceeds $2,500 per Schedule B number, or when an EEI filing is otherwise required by U.S. export regulations, including certain commodities subject to specific filing requirements.
The exporter is responsible for providing accurate and complete export information and authorizing the filing through a Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI). As your authorized filing agent, ENZO'S International LLC can prepare and submit the EEI through the Automated Export System (AES) within U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
Once the EEI is successfully accepted through AES, an Internal Transaction Number (ITN) is issued. The ITN serves as confirmation of the accepted EEI filing and may be required for export documentation and transportation purposes.
Important: Failure to file required EEI, or submitting false, incomplete, or misleading information, may result in significant civil or criminal penalties under U.S. export regulations, including monetary fines and, in certain circumstances, imprisonment.
